The attendees can all agree it sure felt good to be back in action. The 18th Annual Recruitment and Retention Conference was an amazing event. Over the last two days, we joined together to discuss some of the industry’s most discussed topics.

Today, we kicked off with the annual Transport Topics Recruiting Professional of the Year Award. The entirely female panel of top recruiting professionals came together to host a session discussing current industry concerns, effective strategies, and innovation they have implemented to support their recruitment and retention goals. Congratulations to Gina Bartley of John Christner Trucking on winning the award this year!

The last general session, called “Recruiting & Retention Networking Roundtable,” moderated by Stacia Capponi, Sr. Director of Client Services for Conversion Interactive Agency, was an excellent opportunity for attendees to collaborate and discuss topics relating to driver recruiting and retention with industry peers. The networking roundtable was a great opportunity for brainstorming and networking for attendees.

The Recruitment and Retention Conference would not have been possible without our incredible lineup of speakers, panelists, and moderators. We would also like to thank our many sponsors for your continued support of the R&R Conference. Thank you to our Diamond sponsors CDL Life, Digital Management Team, FindATruckerJob.com, HireMaster, Truck Drivers USA, TruckersReport.com, and Truck Right. Special shoutout to our Gold Sponsor, DriverReach.

Finally, we would like to thank Transport Topics and American Trucking Associations for co-hosting another outstanding conference with ConversionU. We hope to see you at the 19th Annual Recruitment and Retention Conference June 1-3, 2022 in Nashville!
