Conversion Interactive Agency kicked off 2020 celebrating the company’s 30th Anniversary, and the celebration will continue next week at the 17th annual Recruitment and Retention Conference in Nashville.

“2020 is a milestone celebration for our company,” said Kelley Walkup, president and CEO of Conversion Interactive Agency. “As the industry has evolved, our mission has always remained the same – we are helping carriers recruit and retain drivers. We do this by continuing to focus on innovation, strategy that drives cost-savings, and we make it all happen through a mind-blowing client experience for our customers.”

Although Conversion Interactive Agency has had many names through the years, most of the faces have stayed the same. Walkup and her leadership team have over 200 years’ combined experience in the trucking industry, and she attributes much of the organization’s success to the expertise of her team and the knowledge they have in recruiting and retention.

Next week, hundreds of driver recruiting professionals are coming to Nashville, Tenn. for the annual Recruitment and Retention Conference hosted by ConversionU (training division of Conversion Interactive Agency), the American Trucking Associations (ATA), and Transport Topics. The event is scheduled for February 19-21, 2020 at the JW Marriott in Nashville, Tenn.

Not only will attendees enjoy the networking opportunities at the Conference, but they will also join in the celebration of Conversion Interactive Agency’s 30th Anniversary. “We have lots of fun planned for attendees to help us celebrate,” added Walkup.

Topics on the agenda for the 2020 conference include workshops covering how your online search and social media strategies work better together, the impact AI is having on recruiting, unlocking the “why” behind driver turnover, and networking roundtable discussions where attendees can collaborate on a variety of topics related to recruiting and retention. “The content and information for our conference agenda will provide attendees with valuable insight and data to take back to their carriers and improve driver recruiting and retention,” said Walkup.

Registration for the 2020 Recruitment and Retention Conference is still open, but the event is close to being sold out. Recruiting and retention professionals can register by visiting annualrrconference.com.
