Our 21st Annual Recruitment & Retention Conference Was a Success!
After an exhilarating and insightful few days, the curtains have drawn on the 21st Annual Recruitment and Retention Conference. As attendees bid farewell, they carry with them a wealth of knowledge, new connections, and a renewed sense of purpose in their recruitment and retention efforts within the transportation industry.
Throughout the conference, attendees were treated to a diverse array of sessions and presentations, each offering valuable insights and actionable strategies. The final General Session kicked off with a thought-provoking keynote by Mark Rittman, CEO of Rittman Analytics. Leveraging months of data analysis, Mark provided a comprehensive overview of the latest trends and insights in driver recruiting and retention.
