Another Successful R&R Conference!

Our 19th Annual Recruitment and Retention Conference has come to an end. We would like to send a big thank you to attendees who learned, connected, and networked together over the past few days. Everyone is going home with new strategies to implement in their driver recruiting and retention departments.
Our final day began with announcing the 2021 Transport Topics Recruiting Professional of the Year Award. During this session our highly experienced panel came together to discuss strategies, and current issues our industry is facing to support their goal of recruiting and retaining drivers. Congratulations to Dave Renfrew with Roadrunner Freight for winning the prestigious award this year.
We ended the day with sessions discussing recruiting post-military drivers, driver pay, and the latest driver retention data. The event would not have been possible without our incredible lineup of speakers, moderators, and industry experts.
