Conversion Interactive Agency Named Top Place for Women to Work in Transportation

Conversion Interactive Agency is being recognized as a 2024 “Top Place for Women to Work in Transportation” by the Women In Trucking Association.
The list recognizes companies in the transportation industry that value a corporate culture that fosters gender diversity; competitive compensation and benefits; flexible hours and work requirements; continued professional development opportunities; and career advancement opportunities.

According to Jennifer Hedrick, president and CEO of WIT, the Redefining the Road magazine created the award in 2018 to promote the accomplishments of companies that are focused on the employment of women in the trucking industry. More than 31,000 votes were cast to identify the companies named to the list. Conversion Interactive Agency is among 134 companies named to the 2024 list across a diverse range of business sectors in the commercial freight transportation marketplace, including motor carriers, third-party logistics companies, and original equipment manufacturers.
Earlier this year, WIT recognized a female leader from Conversion Interactive as part of its “Top Women to Watch in Transportation” list. The annual list honors women leaders for their career achievements and ongoing efforts to promote gender diversity within their companies and the transportation industry. Furthermore, Conversion Interactive was also recognized by The Tennessean as a 2024 Top Workplace earlier this year, making the list now seven years straight.
