Late last month, Google for Jobs rolled out as a new feature within the search engine specifically for job searches. What does that mean for carriers? If your driver recruiting web sites and landing pages are not optimized for Google to pull your jobs into this new search feature, they will not be displayed.
Our Digital Media Team has successfully completed testing on our LeadFlex2 platform on Google for Jobs, and all of our client landing pages have been updated. This update allows Google to pull your jobs directly from your landing page(s).
It is critical that the driver jobs on your landing page are updated frequently to support fresh content from Google’s perspective. If you are not updating your driver jobs on your LeadFlex page(s) today, email us about how we can help you with that. We have an easy, inexpensive solution to optimize your pages and refresh your job postings.
As always, the Team Behind the Arrow is committed to building new innovation and tracking the evolving digital landscape for our clients so we can effectively deliver qualified leads to your recruiting team.
