R&R 2021 Launches Today!

Today, we kick off the 18th Annual Recruitment and Retention Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. After a long year navigating the COVID-19 pandemic, we are thrilled to welcome recruiting and retention professionals who are eager to learn, benchmark, and network together again. Over the next two days, we will work together to dive into what’s next for truck driver recruitment and retention.
The Recruitment and Retention Conference is hailed as the industry-leading event to help recruiting professionals to learn about the latest innovations, strategies, and tools to support driver recruiting and retention. Registration opened this afternoon and will be opened until 7:30pm. We invite all attendees to join us at 5:30 this evening for our annual welcome reception. This is a great opportunity for attendees to visit our exhibitors and meet the sponsors of the event.
Our theme this year is “NEXT.” The sessions and content will help ignite thought provoking strategies and drive conversations to improve carriers’ driver recruitment and retention programs. With a focus on the future, we will discuss some hot industry topics such as mastering digital leadership, the COVID-19 vaccine mandate, and navigating recruiter fatigue.
The highly anticipated event features a line-up of world renown speakers and industry experts. Nationally renown speaker, Clint Pulver, will kick the event off by challenging driver recruiting and retention leaders to adopt a "mentorship vs management" mentality of leadership in trucking.
Author and speaker, Erik Qualman, will take attendees through an interactive journey of defining digital leadership when it comes to driver recruiting and retention. Attendees will learn the key habits of digital leaders, so their team can implement strategies and tactics to improve their recruiting and retention efforts today and tomorrow.
In addition to the rich content attendees will be consuming during R&R 2021, we will be making history with our first ever entirely female panel of Transport Topics Recruiting Professional of the Year finalists.
