Today begins our 19th Annual Recruitment and Retention Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. We are thrilled to have truck driver recruiting and retention professionals here with us over the next few days collaborating and networking as we learn new strategies to help fleets of all sizes be successful.
This year’s conference has an excellent lineup of speakers that will bring beneficial conversations and critical thinking to attendees. Registration opens at 4 p.m. and will be open until 7:30 p.m. We invite all to join us at 5:30 p.m. to kick off the event at the Opening Reception.

In our opening session, Nikolas Badminton, will discuss with attendees the cultural and technological changes that are currently taking place in the trucking industry that are important for recruiting and retention leaders. The most requested general session each year at the Recruitment & Retention Conference just got better! We have expanded our time for the Networking Roundtable, allowing fleets to benchmark with other carriers and industry insiders on the challenges recruiters are facing in today's market. In this general session, attendees have the opportunity to network with other recruiting professionals on various topics relating to driver recruiting and retention and leave with practical next steps on a variety of areas.
